1. Step 1.
   Call or E-Mail Custom Framing To You to make an appointment. We are available during the week, on weekends and at night, Tuesday thru Sunday. Please complete the pre-consultation questionnaire prior to the appointment to ensure a timely meeting.


2. Step 2.
   We arrive with matt and moulding samples along with the laptop and visualization software at your home or office. You make your selection for the frame and price we agree on and the price is quoted. You will see the finished project on the laptop screen. If you are happy with the frame and price we quoted, you'll provide us with a full or 50% payment and we take your item to be framed.


3. Step 3.
   We frame your item in our workshop. This process usually takes 5-10 days including receipt of the materials. If you require a faster service sometimes it is possible to deliver the frame on the same day, for an expedited fee.


4. Step 4.
   When your frame is ready, We call you and arrange a convenient time for delivery and installation, if needed.
